Shipping Policy

We process and ship orders within two business days. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays are processed the next business day.

For U.S. Postal Service and all ground shipping methods, please allow up to ten business days for transit. Some items may require a signature upon delivery.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email. Please check tracking details regularly to ensure timely receipt of your package.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided. If you believe your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will assist when possible but cannot guarantee replacement or refund once a package is marked as delivered.

Gift Card Shipping

Physical gift cards can be shipped via USPS. Please allow up to ten business days for delivery.


Electronic gift cards are delivered by email to the recipient on the purchase date or a scheduled delivery date selected at checkout.


Carrier Delays & Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, carrier disruptions, acts of government, or other force majeure events. These circumstances may extend shipping times beyond the estimated delivery window provided at checkout.


U.S. Shipping Holidays

Our carriers do not process or deliver packages on the following U.S. holidays:

  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
