Who qualifies for free shipping?

First-time customers with no previous orders receive free Standard Shipping on their first order when the cart subtotal is $175 USD or more. The shipping destination must be in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. A cart subtotal of $174.99 does not qualify. Returning customers do not qualify for this first-order offer.

Do oversized items or mixed carts qualify?

No. If a cart contains any oversized item, the entire order is excluded from free shipping, even when the cart subtotal exceeds $175. This includes carts containing both oversized and standard items. The standard items in that mixed cart do not receive free shipping separately. The applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout.

Does the offer make local delivery free?

No. Local delivery remains paid, including on first orders of $175 or more. The first-order offer applies only to Standard Shipping.

Can I combine this offer with other discounts?

No. The first-order free-shipping offer cannot be combined with other discounts.

  • First order, standard items only, $174.99 cart subtotal: does not qualify.
  • Returning customer, standard items only, $200 cart subtotal: does not qualify for the first-order offer.
