The Workshop 1950 Standalone Adjustable Training Rack is a prime solution for climbing enthusiasts of all levels seeking to train at home, especially when space is a constraint. This rack is portable, easy-to-assemble, and designed for compact areas like apartments or small climbing walls. We have crafted this Rack to accommodate all modern rock-climbing conditioning training techniques. Whether you're interested in two-hand support hangs, one-hand counterweight hangs, pull-ups, or various rubber band exercises, our Rack has got you covered. The Rack comes equipped with a detachable gusset plate, featuring two openings, a pulley, a reepschnur, and a handle, enabling a variety of hanging exercises and pull-ups. With additional pulleys located on the near and far openings, you can engage in supported training, challenging grip hangs, and even post-injury rehabilitation practices. Remove the gusset to reveal the rear panel's openings, where you can attach different exercise equipment, counterweights, or ropes and holds. This feature lets you emulate the training style of renowned climber Chris Webb Parsons or design your own training regime. The front panel, with multiple openings fitted with M10 tee nuts, is ready to host any holds you prefer, not limiting you to screw-fastened boards. With a panel width of 100 cm, our Rack is perfect for a wide grip and is compatible with all fingerboards available globally.
